Aufgaben

💡 Your Role

As (Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the further development of our multi-use product from concept to market readiness.

You validate new product ideas, develop a clear product vision, and steer the implementation of the product. You will be the central interface between business, technology, and market.

⚡ Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the conception and further development of our multi-use MVPs up to market readiness
• Implementation of product discovery, user research, as well as market and competitive analysis
• Validation of new product ideas and features based on user feedback and data
• Development of regulatory and technically feasible product concepts in the energy market
• Selection and coordination of strong external partners for further developing our product
• Stakeholder management between business, operations, sales, external partners, and engineering
• Active shaping of our product strategy and further development of a product-driven work approach

Qualification

🎯 Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience as Product Manager in the B2B field
• In-depth knowledge of the energy, infrastructure, or BESS sector, as well as understanding regulatory and market frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in leading a product or MVP to market readiness
• Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and data-based decision-making
• Startup experience an advantage
• Fluent German and English in writing and speaking
