(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) – Customer & Agent Experience

As a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d), your focus will be on a central part of our Customer & Agent Experience. Together with your Engineering Manager and a stream-aligned team of designers and developers, you will shape digital products and workflows that make our customer service simpler, faster, and more scalable.

Understanding Customer Needs

• You will develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers, as well as our Customer Support and Claims Management teams, and translate these into relevant product problems and opportunities
• You will analyze user behavior, customer feedback, operational data, and business KPIs to identify areas for improvement

• You will develop a product vision and corresponding strategies for your product area and derive concrete goals and initiatives from them
• You will define suitable product metrics and success criteria and manage your product through measurable outcomes. 
• You will independently prioritize your product backlog and take on Product Owner responsibility for your stream-aligned team. You will be responsible not only for the delivery of features but also for their impact

• You will identify opportunities for automation and AI to reduce manual work and support agents in handling customer inquiries
• You will coordinate the further development of your product with relevant stakeholders
• You will help to continuously develop our product and work methods and strengthen a culture where we talk about outcomes rather than output

The foundation of your profile is a completed degree in Business Administration / Business Informatics or a related field.

• You have several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable product role and have already taken responsibility for a digital product or a complex product area
• You have fluent German and English language skills and can communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the audience at various levels
• You possess expertise in agile product development (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) – Discovery and Delivery are not new terms to you
• You are interested in automation and AI, recognize their potential for digital products and operational processes, and use this to fuel your passion for digital user experiences
• You keep the essential in focus, approach your tasks pragmatically and solution-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
• You are analytical and data-driven and have a structured way of working
• You can bring together different perspectives and work effectively with stakeholders from Business, Operations, Tech, and Legal
• You enjoy working in a not-perfect but dynamic start-up / scale-up environment and are keen to drive positive change
