(Senior) Product Manager (Mobile & Web) (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Product Manager (Mobile & Web) (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational further development of the InStaff apps for Android and iOS. Your goal is to create digital product experiences that optimally combine user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will continuously develop and optimize our mobile apps in terms of usability, quality, functionality, and conversion, ensuring that new features are implemented holistically, scalably, and based on data. 

• You will develop and be responsible for the product roadmap for our mobile apps and derive innovative product ideas and features from user feedback, data analyses, and market trends.
• You will take end-to-end responsibility for new features – from discovery and conception through requirements definition to testing, release, and continuous optimization.
• You will define product goals and KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and ensure reliable implementation through transparent communication and clear requirements.
• You will work closely with backend, mobile, frontend, API, and UX/UI teams, as well as other stakeholders, and coordinate the cross-departmental implementation of new features.
• You will analyze the performance of our apps and features using relevant KPIs and prioritize measures that create the greatest added value for our users and our company.

• You have several years of professional experience as a Product Manager in the digital product environment and have experience with mobile apps as well as complex digital platforms.
• You have a very good understanding of native iOS and Android apps, web applications, APIs, as well as modern software development processes and can communicate with development teams at eye level.
• You derive product requirements from user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• You make data-driven product decisions and have SQL skills as well as experience with product analytics, tracking, and A/B testing (e.g., Firebase and Crashlytics).
• You have a strong sense for User Experience (UX) and ensure consistent product experiences across iOS, Android, and Web.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, manage stakeholders confidently, and communicate complex issues clearly and understandably.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
