Senior Product Manager - Mobile (m/w/d) - German speaking - Berlin

We are looking for an experienced developer to help us realize our vision and continue growing. You will be responsible for our mobile products (iOS, Android, and Smartwatch app) and play a key role in shaping how Patronus grows. Together with CTPO and Product Team, you will develop products that give people security in critical moments. In this role, you will work with a lot of ownership, short decision-making paths, and direct influence on strategy and product – and offer our customers the best customer experience.

Your Mission

• Product Responsibility Mobile: You will take full ownership of our iOS- and Android-apps as well as the Smartwatch application, including roadmap and feature development from idea to release – in MVPs and rapid iteration instead of perfection.
• Discovery & Requirements: You will validate user needs through research and customer conversations and translate business and customer requirements into clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You live a data-driven approach for all product decisions and measure KPIs after each release, systematically evaluate user feedback, and draw clear conclusions for the next iteration.
• Processes: You understand complex customer processes, build workflows from them, and create an outstanding User Experience (UX).
• Growth & Retention: With a sense of app metrics, retention, and A/B testing, you will increase activation and binding – and make our apps the growth driver.
• Strategy & Stakeholders: Together with CTPO, you will actively shape the mobile product strategy. As a bridge between stakeholders, engineers, and QA, you will communicate goals and updates, coordinate releases, and resolve blockers.
• Quality & Support: You test features hands-on, support customer support in troubleshooting, and accompany QA processes until release.
• Ai & Prototyping: You use AI tools for faster prototyping and the generation of User Interfaces (UI) – from the first idea to a testable design.

Your Talent

• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager with a focus on mobile applications (iOS, Android, Smartwatch)
• You have already worked in a startup or small team and feel comfortable in an environment with fast implementation, changing requirements, and plenty of design freedom
• You bring a generalist mindset and make independent decisions in the areas of UX, technology, and prioritization. You work hands-on, proactively, and take responsibility gladly
• You rely on a data-driven approach: KPIs, analytics, and user feedback form the basis for every product decision
• You convince through excellent stakeholder management and create alignment and clarity even in complex situations
• You are familiar with modern product and analytics tools like Figma, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Miro, or Jira. You are also curious and open to the use of AI tools in the product development process
• You have experience in UX/UI design as well as in creating prototypes, for example, using Figma
• You possess German language skills at a native speaker level (C2) as well as very good English language skills (at least C1)
