Client: e-commerce industry. Project: Migration from AX2012 to D365F&O version. Expected duration of cooperation: long-term. Location: the office is located in Warsaw, we would like to meet once a quarter ;). START ASAP. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager/Product Owner who will take responsibility for the development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, treating it as a product supporting the achievement of business goals. We are looking for a person who can combine business and technological perspectives, effectively cooperate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions. The ability to build a product development strategy, optimize processes, and support organizational development, also in an international environment, in line with best practices and the direction of Microsoft platform development, is important. What makes you the right person? • You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience with the MS Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem (or AX 2012) in the role of Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst. • You have domain knowledge in the area of Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Tax area with Polish localization considered) OR Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales, Master Planning, Production). • You stand out with practical proficiency in using Azure DevOps, LCS, and knowledge of the D365 data model (Data Entities). Super if you have: • Microsoft certifications: MB-310, MB-330, MB-335, or MB-300. • Experience in migration processes from legacy ERP systems to the D365 environment. • Knowledge of low-code solutions within the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). • Certification in product management (e.g., Professional Scrum Product Owner – PSPO). • Knowledge of the RSAT tool in the context of test strategies. Your tasks will include: Delivering analyses and system designs. Gathering business needs arising from the conducted project. Developing technical and functional documentation for reported business needs in the "One Version" model. Recommending out-of-the-box solutions and low-code technologies as priorities over programming modifications. Structuring the work portfolio (Backlog Management). Ensuring the continuity and integrity of the Backlog in the Azure DevOps environment through its cyclical verification and categorization. Preparing substantive inputs for the system development roadmap based on the analysis of trends and client needs. Communication for business stakeholders. Developing documentation informing about the current project progress. Presenting project progress in steering committee status meetings and other types of meetings for business stakeholders. Quality management. Defining and updating the acceptance testing strategy (UAT) for implemented changes. Configuration and operation of environments within Lifecycle Services (LCS) to the extent necessary for the implementation of assigned system changes.
