Senior Product Manager

About the role As a Senior Product Manager at Lyka, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core platform and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to identify and prioritize opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver innovative and impactful products. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lyka's core platform and features. * Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. * Define and prioritize product requirements, use cases, and user stories. * Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to execute the product roadmap and deliver high-quality products. * Lead the product discovery process, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration. * Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. * Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. * Manage and mentor junior product managers (potentially). Skills & Experience: * 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products. * Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products. * Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. * Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment. * Experience with e-commerce, subscription services, or food-related products is a plus. * Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
