Senior Product Manager (life insurance)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with expertise in the Life Insurance domain to drive product development and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Life Asia, along with a strong background in creating and managing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents). Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and enhancements; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners; Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions; Drive innovation and experimentation through design thinking and agile methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of the Life Insurance industry and its regulatory environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
