Senior Product Manager

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to join their Product Team. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Product, Development Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Management team to facilitate the smooth execution of product development. As a Product Owner you will be at the forefront of shaping and steering the WIRE platform, a leading solution in the mining and mineral processing industry. Your primary role will be to understand the market needs, define product vision, create roadmaps, and manage the product backlog to guarantee the delivery of valuable products that align with the company's strategy and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: * Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the WIRE platform. * Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities and define product requirements. * Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. * Collaborate closely with the Development Team, acting as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements and providing guidance. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure the quality of product releases. * Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies. * Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the mining or mineral processing industry. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. * Ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Experience with product backlog management tools and methodologies. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
