Senior Product Manager

Hawksman Technology is working with a leading real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform to expand their blockchain-based financial products and digital asset infrastructure. Location: Singapore Level: Senior Product Manager We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our client’s product and engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 innovation, focused on building secure, transparent, and regulated tokenization and DeFi-integrated products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market opportunities. Responsibilities: * Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for tokenization and DeFi-integrated products. * Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities. * Define product requirements, create detailed product specifications, and prioritize features. * Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to launch and iterate on products. * Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring product success and user satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the blockchain and DeFi space. * Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the blockchain, DeFi, or Fintech industries. * Proven experience in leading product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. * Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). * Familiarity with tokenization, digital assets, and related regulatory frameworks. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience working with cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
