Senior Product Manager - M/F

Product Management is in our DNA.

At Hubvisory, you won't just manage a backlog: you'll become the indispensable product reference to support our key account clients in transforming their digital products and organizations. Your role is to combine strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver tangible value in complex environments.

What you'll do specifically:

• You'll take charge of a product scope with significant business impact. You'll analyze existing processes, identify real improvement levers, and formalize a product vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities.

• You'll make decisions with data. You'll measure the impact of your choices on usage and commercial performance, build the missing indicators, and transform an analysis into an argued recommendation. Not just another dashboard.

• You'll translate business needs into products. Functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization that you own and can defend.

• You'll work on the IT backbone. You'll contribute to the scope and evolution of relevant application components, keeping a handle on the 'why' when everyone else is discussing the 'how'.

• You'll align a dense ecosystem. Business, product, data, IT: you'll bring multiple stakeholders together for coherent decisions, and you'll support the adoption of solutions by the teams.

• You'll document what matters. Processes, decisions, dependencies, functional evolutions: what you leave behind can stand on its own.

• You'll participate in Hubvisory's life. You'll consolidate your consultant posture, share your experience, and evolve, according to your aspirations, towards Product Leader or Consulting Manager roles.

• You have experience with AI components (recommendation, agents, GenAI) or a strong appetite for integrating AI into the product lifecycle. We're looking for PMs who qualify AI use cases before implementing them, not PMs who would advocate for AI everywhere.

The package: €44,000-€52,000 gross annual salary, bi-annual reviews, profit-sharing up to 22% of profits redistributed equally.

Job requirements

👉 The profile we are looking for

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for digital products, including significant experience in a complex ecosystem: multiple business units, multiple systems, decisions that are never made alone.

• You know how to lead a product initiative from discovery to acceptance criteria, and you have already presented a vision and roadmap to demanding stakeholders.

• Your data maturity is real: you interpret figures yourself, you structure hypotheses, you measure to decide.

• You are comfortable contributing to the functional scoping of structuring application components, without losing your product-level perspective.

• Experience in commerce, e-commerce, or supply chain, particularly on offer and referencing topics, is a real plus. Familiarity with ERP software like SAP is also beneficial.

• Three qualities that make a difference here: an assured consulting posture, excellent client communication, and unwavering analytical rigor. Professional English proficiency.
