Senior Product Manager

ERA Realty Network is looking for a Senior Product Manager to craft the best mobile and desktop experience for our users. Job Description As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap. Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of the product strategy; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing; Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and preferences; Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features; Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of products; Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development; Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager; Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its trends; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA; Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
