Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS / Digital Health (all identities)
Job description
What awaits you
At Caspar Health, you will further develop the central digital work environment for therapists and clinic teams. Your mission is clear. Clinical processes should become simpler, faster, and safer, so that specialists have more time for the treatment of their patients.
Our HCP product connects patient care, therapy planning, and clinical processes. It is already used by therapists and clinic teams and is intended to become their central work environment. You will identify the biggest bottlenecks in these processes and improve them in such a way that time expenditure decreases, usage increases, and the quality of care is maintained or improved.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for this area. You will report directly to the CPO and lead a cross-functional squad technically through clear goals and decisions. We are not looking for a backlog administrator or ticket pusher. You are responsible for problems and outcomes. Roadmap, backlog, and delivery are tools for you to achieve measurable improvements.
Your Challenges
End-to-End Product Responsibility: As Product Manager for the HCP product, you will develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap; you will prioritize between customer benefit, quality of care, technical feasibility, and economic contribution, and make conflicts of interest visible early on.
AI-native Product Development: You will strategically use AI (Skills, Agents) where research, data analysis, prototyping, or delivery are demonstrably accelerated; the quality of decisions and the speed of learning are crucial – not the tool used.
User and Domain Proximity: You will regularly work with therapists from our Caspar Clinic and external clinics; Observe processes on-site one to two times per quarter and translate these insights, along with product data, into prioritized problems and verifiable hypotheses.
Hands-on AI Prototyping & Codebase: You will independently develop prototypes to test critical assumptions early. You will have a solid understanding of technical concepts, work with developers on an equal footing, and personally deploy changes for suitable tasks.
Product Craft & Squad Leadership: You will provide the squad with a clear problem, a measurable goal, and the necessary context; you will souverainly moderate difficult decisions, prioritize consistently, and ensure that the team optimizes for impact rather than output.
Measurable Impact: Even before implementation, you will define how success will be measured; you will measure, among other things, time expenditure, successful use of central processes, user satisfaction, and economic contribution – quality and safety of care will remain firm guiding principles.
Your Profile
Product Track Record: You have been responsible for a complex B2B or SaaS product end-to-end and can prove your contribution with concrete results; you have built, further developed, or realigned new products or larger product areas.
AI-native Builder Skills: You practically use AI and LLMs for research, analysis, or prototyping and can show how you have shortened learning or delivery cycles with them; you are familiar with technical development processes. Experience with GitHub and Pull Requests is a plus.
Communication & Moderation Skills: You clearly communicate complex issues to specialist staff and tech teams in an audience-appropriate manner; Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
Autonomy & High Performance: You drive topics forward independently, make decisions within your area of responsibility, and make risks visible early on; you seek support in a timely manner before dependencies or unresolved decisions jeopardize progress.
Pragmatic Evidence & Data Proximity: You combine qualitative discovery with product and business data; you formulate verifiable hypotheses, know the limits of your evidence, and adapt projects based on new insights – or consistently stop them.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: With a strong business sense, you combine user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial success into convincing product decisions.
