Senior Product Manager AI & Healthcare (w/m/d)

We are building digital access to modern medicine anew. We are self-financed, profitable, and have organically grown to over 20,000 patients in the first few months.

Now we're developing our digital product landscape further: Patient App, Admin Dashboard, Mobile App, AI functions, internal automation, and other healthcare products. For this, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager (w/m/d) who can bring together medicine, business, and tech seamlessly.

Tasks

• You translate requirements with medical and business aspects into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for the dev team.
• You ensure that ideas become clean specs, clear user stories, and executable tickets.
• You work closely with departments, external developers, and internal decision-makers.
• You bring structure to complex product issues – especially where medicine, regulation, business, and technology come together.
• Your goal: clear priorities, better patient experiences, and stable product development.
• You are responsible for backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning across the product portfolio. You steer communication between departments and tech to ensure that everyone understands what is being built, why, and what it requires.
• You identify, evaluate, and bring KI use cases up to dev-ready specs. Prepare and document product decisions.

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Requirements engineering from practice: specs, acceptance criteria, domain modeling.
• Experience with prioritization and roadmapping – RICE, MoSCoW or OKRs; at least one self-managed roadmap.
• Safe handling of non-technical departments.
• Understanding of LLMs and agents in the product context; at least one accompanied KI feature in a product.
• Experience with agile product development and external dev teams. At least one product from 0 to 1, experience with an external development agency.
• Experience in Digital Healthcare, Medicine, or a regulated domain is strongly preferred.
