Senior Product Manager - AI (F/M) @ LumApps

Senior Product Leadership: 5 years of experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of handling highly exposed, mission-critical products. We are looking for a seasoned PM who combines deep AI expertise with rigorous product methodology—someone who prioritizes customer value and scalability over AI hype. AI Native DNA: Proven experience building AI-powered products (RAG, Chatbots, Agentic frameworks, or LLM-based features). Analytics & Data-Driven Spirit: Ability to navigate complex data sets, identify trends, and drive business decisions based on insights. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on ROI-driven product development. Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing adaptability and flexibility. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning. Experience with AI-powered product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ability to work in a global organization, with experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
