Senior Product Engineer (m/f/d) – Internal Tools & E-Commerce

Behind the Rosental Shop runs a self-built software ecosystem: an influencer operations tool with automated briefing dispatch, an e-com command center with its own AI copilot, and two Shopify storefronts for DE and NL. So far, one person builds this in the core, AI-first, in production quality and with multiple releases a day. We are now doubling this role. Your features will be used by the team on the same day.

• You build internal products end-to-end, from Slack ping to root cause analysis in production data to the fix that is live shortly thereafter.

• You turn vague requirements from influencer marketing, e-com, finance, and customer care into the right feature. Prioritizing, trimming, and omitting are up to you.

• Cursor, Agents, and LLM features are your standard tools to ship quickly without losing sight of quality.

• You will connect Shopify Admin API, payment and affiliate systems (e.g., GoAffPro), Resend, and analytics sources to our internal databases.

• The further development of our Shopify storefronts for DE and NL is also part of your area of responsibility.

• Monitoring, clean migrations, and "fail closed" for rights and dispatch are your responsibility, because real users, emails, and revenue depend on production.

• You bring several years of experience in software development, ideally with TypeScript, React/ Next.js, Postgres (Supabase), and Vercel.

• You demonstrably ship faster thanks to AI-assisted development. You master Agents, Prompting, and Review discipline.

• You have already worked as a Product Owner, Founder, or in a hybrid role and recognize what really lies behind a request.

• You know terms like CM3, Attribution, Draft Order, or Conversion, or you will build this knowledge in the first four weeks.

• Independent work is a matter of course for you: without a ticket system and without a second dev team as a safety net.

• We expect fluent German and solid English.
