Senior Product Designer (m/f/d/x) – UX / UI

As a Senior Product Designer (m/f/d/x) at EMIL, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of complex B2B SaaS workflows and full ownership of our product's UX, usability, and form. Your goal: to make configuration-heavy tools intuitive, consistent, and effective.

• Continuous Validation: You will continuously validate user needs with interviews, usability tests, and prototypes – before development begins.

• Interaction Design & Systems Thinking: You will design complex user flows, wireframes, and a scalable information architecture for data-intensive interfaces (e.g., claims, workflow builders, admin panels).

• Visual Design & Design System: You will create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes and actively develop our design system further – for absolute consistency, especially with data-intensive UIs (tables, filters, forms).

• AI-First Design: You will strategically use current AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude) to translate user needs into top-tier UX faster and actively keep your toolset up-to-date in a rapidly changing field.

• Domain & Knowledge Building: You will dive deep into the insurance domain and continuously expand our internal knowledge base.

• Handover & Voice of the User: You will provide Engineering with precise specs (Assets, Spacing, Edge Cases, States) and consistently represent the user's perspective internally – with a focus on efficiency and error prevention.
