Senior Product Designer - UX (BLR/HYD or Remote in India)

That's what we're looking for in our Senior Product Designer - UX role. As a key member of our Design Team, you'll be responsible for crafting user-centered design solutions that drive business results. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth and success of ScanPay’s customers. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop design concepts that meet those needs. • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across products. • Create high-quality, visually appealing designs that are intuitive and easy to use. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, thinking, and execution. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. is a plus.
