🧑‍💻 Why do we need you!

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to imagine the experience for our members, clients, and practitioners with Moka.

You will work in collaboration with the product team (2 Product Managers, 1 Product Designer, 1 Product Content Manager), and the tech team (10 people) under the responsibility of Eloïse, Head of Product & Operations.

The Moka Product:

• For employees, booking an appointment with the most suitable psychologist, coach, or therapist for their needs, a self-care application with personal development, meditation, and breathing tools, and personalized guided journeys, and micro-learning
• For managers and HR departments, tools to take care of teams, an administration platform to develop concrete action plans, and organize group sessions
• An experience available on Web, Mobile, Slack & Microsoft Teams

Your daily tasks:

• Discovery & User Research:
  • Conduct user research using methods adapted to each project to understand users.
  • Test solutions upstream, improve adoption and use of solutions downstream, alone or in collaboration with a Product Manager.
• Prototyping & UX Design:
  • Design the most effective solution to solve a problem, taking into account constraints and context.
  • Produce low and high-fidelity prototypes, conduct Design Reviews with the Product & Tech team.
  • Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the design system, leverage existing assets.
• Delivery & Evangelization:
  • Monitor quality during the development phase with developers, provide suggestions and feedback to the development team.
  • Produce impactful screens and visuals to facilitate communication around product features.

Examples of projects you might work on:

• Redesign of the core user journeys of the application to improve usage on the mobile application.
• Adaptation of the interface for multi-language use for international clients.

📇 You are the ideal person if:

• You have 5-6 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on Web or SaaS products (design, wireframe, prototype, user testing, feedback loop).
• You have a good understanding of design and research methodologies and know how to apply a relevant method to each project. You are curious and have already experimented with ways to integrate AI into your work.
• You know the power of asking the right questions, you are interested in the motivations of users and your stakeholders.
• People say it's a pleasure to collaborate with you, that you have ownership, curiosity, a good delivery capacity, a sense of detail, and that you know how to propose intelligent compromises.
• You speak French fluently and English at a professional level.
