Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer (2 Openings) Contract: 6–12 months (with possibility of extension) Engagement Model: Independent Contractor (PJ) We are hiring two Senior Designers to support a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end product design (problem framing → user flows → interaction patterns → UI → visual design) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Define and lead the development of innovative product designs that drive business results, leveraging expertise in human-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and customers, applying this knowledge to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance the overall design quality and user experience. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered designs that drive business results. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices. • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
