Senior Product Designer @ Timebook Software

We’re Looking For 5–8 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or productivity tools A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and visual finesse Deep Figma expertise — including tokens, component libraries, and branching workflows Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools for design and prototyping — not just awareness, but active integration into your daily workflow (e.g. AI-assisted layout generation, copy drafting, image creation, rapid prototyping) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user research methods Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and on budget Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and accessibility guidelines Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and visual finesse
