Job Summary: FXI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Design and Development Engineer to join our team in Cuautitlan, MX. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative foam products that meet the needs of our customers and consumers. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas and designs. • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for innovation. • Design and develop prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools. • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and effectively. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and training materials. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the foam industry. • Strong understanding of CAD software and other design tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
