We are looking for a motivated and engaged Senior Product & Client Manager (all genders) in Hamburg or Berlin.

Aufgaben

• You are the point of contact for our customers and develop with them digital products that bring about real changes.
• You ensure a balanced balance between the goals of our customers and the diverse requirements from various disciplines.
• You lead through structuring, prioritizing, and moderating to achieve customer goals effectively.
• You maintain customer relationships, understand the challenges of our customers, and develop solution strategies.
• You create roadmaps and ensure continuous alignment between customers and internal teams.
• You are responsible for defining project goals, offer preparation, budget control, reporting, and forecasting.
• You continuously monitor performance, data, and KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• You organize workshops and regular customer meetings to promote cooperation.

Qualifikation

• You are very familiar with agile working methods and master classical project management as well.
• You lead complex and multi-layered digital projects and are used to working with teams from different departments such as UX and UI, web, app, and backend development.
• Ideal would be experience in e-commerce to support us in expanding this area.
• You are very familiar with resource and budget planning at the project and team level.
• You master project and customer control to ensure project success.
• You stand out for excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and can balance different interests and dependencies in the sense of the customer and the team.
• Negotiation skills on a senior level belong to your strengths.
• You are skilled at creating convincing offer presentations.
• You are actively involved in information gathering and building a strong network with customers and teams.
• You motivate the internal team with your positive attitude, good briefings, and proactively drive new topics forward.
• You master German perfectly in word and writing and communicate safely on English as well.
