Senior Product Analyst

Senior Product Analyst Remote work We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst who will be responsible for the implementation, development, and support of software for acquiring data from laboratory equipment used by hundreds of scientists conducting research in GxP and non-GxP environments. The person in this role will serve as the main liaison between business, quality teams, and end-users, supporting processes related to system configuration, onboarding new teams, requirements analysis, validation, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Main Tasks Cooperation with business and quality teams regarding requirements and system development. Conducting workshops, analyzing laboratory processes, and gathering user requirements. Supporting the onboarding of new teams and user training. Defining integration and configuration requirements. Supporting UAT tests and performing regression tests. Analyzing new system versions and assessing the impact of changes on business processes. Maintaining SDLC documentation and compliance with GxP requirements. Supporting users and creating training materials and documentation. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience with laboratory software in the pharmaceutical R&D industry. Knowledge of laboratory processes and GxP/non-GxP environments. Experience in requirements analysis, system configuration, and conducting workshops. Practical knowledge of UAT and working with system integrations. Very good communication and documentation skills. English language at a level enabling work in an international environment. Nice to have Experience with Unicorn and/or Biacore Insight. Knowledge of JIRA, Xray/Vera, ServiceNow. Experience in computer system validation (CSV/CSA).
