Senior/ Procurement Specialist

Role Purpose: As a Senior/ Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives • Manage procurement processes from sourcing to payment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Analyze and report on procurement metrics and trends • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field • 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel • Familiarity with procurement software and systems • Certification in procurement (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is an asset.
