To optimize our processes to peak performance, we are looking for a Senior Cloud Procurement Expert, who bridges the gap between strategic financial management and complex technology. This role goes far beyond traditional procurement: you are the architect of commercial relationships that sustainably secure our cloud infrastructure.

Aufgabenbereich

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor and lead complex sourcing initiatives – with full project responsibility but without disciplinary leadership tasks. You are the decisive link between technical visionaries and commercial reality.

• Strategisches Sourcing: You are responsible for comprehensive procurement cycles for IT, cloud, and software and ensure that we work with the world's best partners.
• Commercial Mastery: You lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure top-notch commercial conditions and a legally sound framework.
• Stakeholder-Synergy: As the primary point of contact for providers and internal tech teams, you reduce friction losses and relieve our engineers from administrative procurement processes.
• Process Excellence: You advocate for the highest procurement standards to ensure that every deal is compliant, transparent, and performance-oriented.

Qualifikationen

• Cloud-Expertise: In-depth experience in IT/software procurement (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and a deep understanding of cloud licensing models.
• Verhandlungssicherheit: A proven track record in leading complex tenders (RFPs) and negotiations in the multi-million-euro range.
• Analytische Denkweise: You measure your success by metrics such as savings, throughput times, and contract compliance.
• Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
