Senior Procurement Manager - Build a Procurement Function from the Ground Up (Greenfield Role!)

Location: London (4 days p/w onsite)

Salary: Up to £90K + Package

This is a rare Greenfield opportunity to design and build the first-ever Procurement function within a rapidly expanding, private-equity-backed organisation. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Cost Control, you'll drive commercial value, enhance financial discipline, and create a procurement ecosystem that delivers long-term strategic advantage.

• Build procurement strategy, processes, governance and tools from scratch

• Lead sourcing, supplier management and high-value contract negotiations

• Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge spend and drive cost efficiencies

• Deliver sharp reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insight

• Strengthen supply chain resilience and manage procurement risk

• Improve systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation

• Strong experience in procurement or cost control, ideally in PE-backed, real estate or consumer-led sectors

• Proven success in building or transforming procurement capability

• Sharp commercial judgement, financial modelling and cost analysis skills

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

• Confident negotiator with deep knowledge of procurement best practice

• Total ownership of a Greenfield procurement function
