Your Mission

As (Senior) Process Operations Manager (m/w/d) EPC, you will bring operational excellence to our EPC projects. You will create clear, scalable processes that reduce complexity, provide transparency, and enable teams to work efficiently together. By combining strategic process thinking with operational grounding – with the goal of reliably, economically, and scalably implementing projects.

Your Tasks

• As (Senior) Process Operations Manager (m/w/d) EPC, you will analyze, structure, and standardize end-to-end processes along the entire EPC funnel – from engineering to commissioning.
• You will develop clear process maps, workflows, and SOPs, including responsibilities, interfaces, and quality criteria.
• You will create scalable templates and standards (e.g., project structures, checklists, standard communication) as part of your operational toolkit.
• You will ensure the representation of processes in our tools and guarantee consistent data flows ('Single Source of Truth') on your own responsibility.
• You will identify automation and digitalization potential early on and translate operational requirements into concrete IT developments.
• You will systematically recognize bottlenecks, error sources, and waste and turn them into measurable, sustainable improvements.
• You will define relevant EPC KPIs and build practical dashboards for operational control and management.
• You will moderate workshops, trainings, and onboarding sessions with sovereignty and ensure that processes are lived in everyday operations.

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in process, operations, or project management, ideally in the EPC, construction, plant engineering, or energy sector.
• Demonstrable experience in building or scaling processes in growing organizations.
• Very strong in structuring, visualizing, and documenting processes (e.g., swimlanes, RACI, SOPs).
• Analytically strong, pragmatic in implementation, and consistent in follow-up.
• Sure in handling digital tools (CRM/ERP/PM tools, Sheets/Excel, collaboration); Zoho & Google Workspace are advantageous.
• Ideal experience with PV, grid connection, construction processes, and methods like Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or EOS.
• Readiness for occasional travel to our construction sites
• Very good German, good English, and willingness to travel to our construction sites.
