Your Position

As the Energy Team, we are part of the Tech Team at 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat GmbH. We work daily to actively shape the energy transition and drive innovative projects and digital products forward.

We are looking for a motivated (Senior) Process & Operations Manager - Energy (m/f/d) to organize the smart meter rollout at our German locations and successfully implement the processes surrounding our dynamic electricity tariff, effective immediately.

We work daily to ensure that our digital products are available to thousands of customers worldwide. We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for reinforcements! What counts is that you are motivated to tackle the tasks below, step on the gas, and are looking for a steep learning curve! We look forward to hearing from you.

• Planning, coordination, and organization of the smart meter rollout in cooperation with our German locations
• Development and optimization of processes for our dynamic electricity tariff
• Creation of reports and analyses and independent derivation of measures
• Development and further development of data-driven solutions for process automation
• Processing of energy industry processes via market communication.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical standards in the energy sector
• Monitoring and analysis of project progress as well as derivation of measures for achieving goals
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
• Design and preparation of information for handover to customer service

Your Profile

You have:

• Completed university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in the fields of energy management or business, or an apprenticeship, e.g., in a commercial field or a related area
• Several years of experience in the energy industry
• Knowledge in project management and process optimization
• Analytical and structured way of working, as well as a good understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics understandably
• Proficient in using standard office programs and the ability to quickly learn new software – knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools is also an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
