Senior Process Engineer

• Process optimization to perfection: You analyze existing production lines and implement innovative solutions that structurally improve efficiency, quality, and output.
• Technical management: You prepare in-depth technical documentation, work instructions, and training modules so that your teams work seamlessly according to the best standards.
• Innovation & problem-solving: You identify process problems early on and initiate both preventive and corrective measures to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Data-driven work: You collect and document crucial process parameters and production performance to support continuous improvement processes.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: You are the linchpin between Production, Maintenance, and Engineering, sharing your technical expertise and organizing periodic meetings for optimal knowledge transfer.
• Technological innovation: You guide product introductions, roll out new technologies, and optimize our use of automation and robotics.

• Master's degree in Engineering Sciences or equivalent through extensive (at least 8 years) experience as an engineer in an industrial/production environment.
• Excellent knowledge of process engineering, automation, and preferably plastics technology (re-granulate a plus).
• Strong analytical insight, results-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Demonstrable experience with process improvement and coaching colleagues/team members.
• Fluent Dutch and good command of English.
• You are accustomed to combining innovation, improvement, and implementation.
