Tasks

• You advise private banking clients in the upper private client segment and build long-term, trusting relationships.
• You counsel your clients comprehensively in the areas of liquidity, asset building, insurance, and provision, and exchange information with experts or external partners on specific issues.
• You process inquiries about credit cards and girocards.
• In securities consulting, your focal points are certificates, funds, DZ-Bank bonds, and wealth management.
• You process all matters related to payment transactions.
• You support with all questions regarding online banking and take over the operational data maintenance.
• You recognize actively the advisory needs of your clients and maintain contact through proactive address.
• You are the point of contact for questions about the use of digital services.

Qualification

• You have professional experience in comprehensive financial consulting, ideally with your own client base.
• You listen actively and recognize the wishes and needs of your clients.
• You work structured, independently, and meet deadlines.
• You are enthusiastic about financial consulting and quickly recognize and utilize potential.
• You communicate clearly, understandably, and target-group-oriented.
