Senior Privacy Counsel @ Welltech

What We're Looking For We are seeking for a Senior Privacy Counsel who will lead and support legal and operational privacy work across Welltech's global product ecosystem. Reporting into the Head of Product Legal & Regulatory Compliance and working closely with Product Legal, Engineering, Security, Analytics and Marketing teams, you will help drive scalable privacy compliance while enabling business innovation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone excited to shape privacy programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive privacy strategies that align with Welltech's global product portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data protection laws. Your expertise in privacy law and policy will help drive business growth while maintaining trust with our customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement privacy-related policies, procedures, and training programs. This role requires a strong understanding of privacy principles, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
