Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer

PCB Layout Design Engineer Experience : 6 to 10 Years Location : Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate Job Description: • Individual project handling: The designer must be capable of handling individual projects from conceptualization to completion. • Tool expertise: The PCB designer must demonstrate expertise in using the Cadence Allegro tool for PCB design and basic knowledge of schematic design using Allegro Concept HDL / OrCAD Capture are the added advantage. • DFM and DFA knowledge: The designer should have a good understanding of Design For Manufacturability (DFM) and Design For Assembly (DFA). • Collaboration: The designer must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing engineers. • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. • PCB design knowledge: Strong understanding of printed circuit board design principles, including signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management. • Certification: Knowledge of industry-standard certifications such as IPC-A-600 or AS9100 is an added advantage. • Flexibility: The designer must be flexible to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Time management: Strong time management skills are essential for meeting project deadlines.
