Senior Principal Producer, Producing

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution for events and shows across multiple venues (e.g., Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Adventure Cove, Resort-wide spaces).
• Conceive, develop, and defend creative concepts that align with brand and guest experience objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring high-quality, innovative content to life.
• Contribute creatively to marketing and publicity plans for events and shows to ensure maximum outreach to target markets.
• Ensure that budgets of Events or Shows are adhered to, reducing costs and maximizing revenue to support RWS business objectives.
• Able to recognize and meet both internal and external customers’ needs, and consistently strive to offer assistance to achieve high-quality events and shows.
• Assume position of Assistant Project Director for large scale marquee events where appointed.
• Mentor a team of Producers, Assistant Producers, and support staff.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Arts Management, Entertainment, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in event production, show producing, or a similar entertainment-related role with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong creative acumen and ability to translate vision into execution.
• Proficient in managing production budgets and logistics.
• Effective communicator and team leader with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines.
• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and public holidays, based on production needs.
