Senior Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities: FLEXCUBE Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. FLEXCUBE ODT/OBMA Customization: Utilize FLEXCUBE OBX tool to design, develop, and customize user interfaces, workflows, and business rules to meet specific business requirements. Integration: Configure and manage integrations between FLEXCUBE and other banking systems, including payment gateways, accounting systems, and reporting tools. Technical Design and Architecture: Design and document technical solutions, system architecture, and integration specifications. Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Project Management: Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to clients and project teams on FLEXCUBE functionalities and customizations. Mentoring: Mentor junior consultants and team members, sharing knowledge and experience. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on core banking systems. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions. Strong understanding of banking processes and products. Expertise in FLEXCUBE ODT/OBMA development and customization. Experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST, XML, JSON). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management experience, including managing project scope, timelines, and resources. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Oracle FLEXCUBE Certification is a plus.
