This role requires deep logistics market expertise, advanced analytical capability, strong carrier relationships, and proven experience in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the commercial team to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market trends, as well as identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of logistics market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. • Collaborating with the commercial team to develop pricing strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs. • Leading the preparation of all pricing, costing, and rate information across air freight, ocean freight, road transport, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and negotiation. • Analyzing market data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. • Developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs. • Collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Providing expert advice and guidance on logistics pricing matters to internal stakeholders. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all pricing, costing, and rate information. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in logistics pricing management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that drive business growth.
