Senior PR Manager (m/f/d) – Remote or Berlin

Are you in?

• Strategic and knowledgeable: You develop individual PR strategies for clients from the B2B and B2C sectors – with a clear focus on topic placement in relevant media. You combine journalistic thinking and strategic communication.
• Consulting at eye level: You professionally manage communication with your clients, plan proactively (e.g., with quarterly plans & KPIs) and build long-term relationships. You proactively introduce topics – and continuously develop your clients' communication. You are a sparring partner at C-level eye level, not an order-taker.
• Team-oriented & open: You share your knowledge, give and receive peer-to-peer feedback across all experience levels, without gatekeeping, with a genuine interest in mutual development.
• At the forefront of the AI wave: You actively work with our internal AI stack. Research, pitch preparation, topic scouting – where machines are faster, we let them do it. You invest the time saved in substance, relationships, and creativity.
• Active networking: You build and maintain strong relationships with journalists from the most important media in the DACH region and Europe.

• 4+ years of experience in operational PR, ideally in an agency environment, and have demonstrably placed clients independently in leading German and trade media.
• You have sound consulting expertise, analyze target groups and markets, translate company goals into PR strategies, derive measurable measures, and accompany your clients as a reliable sparring partner at eye level.
• You have a strong network of journalists and know how to build and maintain trusting relationships.
• You actively monitor the news and recognize topic potentials before others do.
• You work independently, contribute to the team, and share your knowledge openly.
• You use AI tools pragmatically to accelerate processes, leaving more time for in-depth content and creative ideas.
• You speak German at C2 level, can also communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany
