Your Role

• Strategically and thematically: You develop individual PR strategies for customers from the B2B and B2C sectors – with a clear focus on theme placement in relevant media. You bring journalistic thinking and strategic communication together.
• Advising at eye level: You steer the communication with your clients professionally, plan ahead (e.g., with quarterly plans & KPIs) and build long-term relationships. You bring proactive themes into play – and develop your clients' communication continuously further. You are a sparring partner on C-level eye-to-eye, not an order taker.
• Team-oriented & open: You share your knowledge, give and take peer-to-peer feedback across all experience levels without gatekeeping, with genuine interest in common further development.
• On the AI wave: You work actively with our internal AI stack. Research, pitch preparation, theme scouting – where machines are faster, we let them do it. You invest the gained time in substance, relationships, and creativity.
• Active networking: You build and maintain robust relationships to journalists from the most important media outlets in the DACH region and Europe.

About you

• 4+ years of experience in operational PR, ideally in an agency field, and have customers noticeably placed independently in German leading and specialized media.
• You bring fundamental consulting competence with, analyze target groups and markets, translate corporate goals into PR strategies, lead measurable measures, and accompany your clients as a reliable sparring partner on eye-to-eye level.
• You have a robust network to journalists and know how to build and maintain trustful relationships.
• You actively monitor the news landscape and recognize theme potential before others do.
• You work independently, bring yourself into the team, and share your knowledge openly.
• You use KI tools pragmatically to accelerate processes, so that more time remains for in-depth content and creative ideas.
• You speak German on C2 level, can also communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany
