Your Role

• Strategically and thematically: You develop individual PR strategies for customers from the B2B and B2C sectors – with a clear focus on topic placement in relevant media. You bring together journalistic thinking and strategic communication.
• Editorially precise: You write press releases with substance, develop concise pitches, prepare guest articles and interviews thoroughly – and are daily in exchange with journalists and experts.
• Advisory at eye level: You steer the communication with your customers professionally, plan ahead (e.g., with quarterly plans & KPIs) and build long-term relationships. You bring proactive topics into play – and develop the communication of your customers continuously further.
• Team-oriented & open: You share your knowledge, give and take peer-to-peer feedback across all experience levels, without gatekeeping, with genuine interest in common further development.

Who you are

• Must-have: You have at least 4 years of experience in PR, ideally in the agency field, and have already placed customers independently in leading and specialized media.
• You bring fundamental advisory competence with you, analyze target groups and markets, translate corporate goals into PR strategies, lead measurable measures, and accompany your customers as a reliable sparring partner on eye level.
• You understand how the media tick and develop complex topics into precise stories that function journalistically.
• You have a robust network of journalists and know how to build and maintain trusting relationships.
• You actively monitor the news landscape and recognize theme potential before others do.
• You work independently, bring yourself into the team, and share your knowledge openly.
• You use KI tools pragmatically to accelerate processes, so that more time remains for content depth and creative ideas.
• You speak German at C2 level, can also communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany
