For our External Affairs team, we are looking for a Senior PR Manager (m/f/d) to drive external communications. The primary focus here is the development of an integrated communication strategy that highlights our technological leadership - both nationally and internationally.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of a holistic PR and communication strategy with a clear positioning in the field of autonomous driving and AI
• Building and maintaining reliable relationships with relevant media, tech journalists, industry representatives, and multipliers
• Positioning MOTOR Ai as an innovation leader through targeted storytelling, agenda setting, and thought leadership formats
• Writing sophisticated press releases, background papers, interviews, guest articles, and executive communication
• Strategic placement of our topics in leading media, tech and automotive publications, podcasts, and industry formats
• Conception and implementation of effective communication campaigns
• Support and strategic preparation of crisis communication
• Close cooperation with management, product, tech, and business development
• Further development of our brand and reputation strategy

Qualification

• Successfully completed master's degree or diploma, preferably in the desired field
• Several years of experience in the automotive, mobility, or ideally Autonomous Driving environment
• Proven experience in building and implementing strategic communication concepts
• Confident speaker personality with the ability to convey complex technologies precisely and appropriately to the target audience
• Reliable network in media, tech scene, automotive, and business
• Experience with deep-tech products that require explanation and regulatory sensitive topics
• Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation power
• Quick comprehension, high analytical strength, and a keen sense of timing and narrative
• Trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion at top management level
• Progressive mindset: curious, ambitious, open to technology, and future-oriented
• Very good German and English skills (C1+), stylistically confident in spoken and written form
