Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketer with real experience in performance marketing for ecommerce, who understands how to scale accounts with clear objectives (sales, conversions, ROAS).

- Has solid experience in managing and optimizing campaigns for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Has experience with product catalogs (product feeds / DPA) for ecommerce: setting, structuring, optimizing, and scaling
- Analyzes data and makes decisions based on performance
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working with KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
- Understands tracking and event structure (Pixel, CAPI, GA4)
- Communicates efficiently, collaborates easily with other specialists, and is open to testing, optimization, and constant feedback
- Is willing to work full-time, on-site in Bucharest, in a performance-oriented environment, with large ecommerce projects and an alert pace of work

Responsibilities:
- Strategy, setup, and optimization of PPC campaigns for ecommerce
- Management of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads
- Analyze and optimize KPIs: ROAS, CPA, revenue
- Tracking conversions, ecommerce feeds, events
- Direct collaboration with internal teams (copy, design, development) for implementation and optimization
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Solid experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, ecommerce feeds
- English – medium to advanced level
- Budget management for large budgets
- Experience with Klaviyo
