You will work on strategic, technically demanding projects that elevate companies to a new digital level. As a (Senior) Power Platform Architect, you don't just design applications – you define the structural foundations, architectures, governance models, and platform strategies upon which entire digitalization programs are based.
You will work at an enterprise level, advise C-level stakeholders, be responsible for architectural decisions, and shape the Power Platform as an enterprise-wide business application platform.

This clearly distinguishes you from a purely development-oriented Power Platform role:
You shape the big picture – not just individual applications.

• Strategy, Governance, and Platform Architecture: You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Power Platform for the customer, make enterprise architecture decisions, define standards, and ensure integration into the IT landscape. You will develop governance models, environment strategies, and application lifecycle management concepts and support the establishment of a Center of Excellence. Workshops with architects and stakeholders are also part of your responsibilities.
• Requirements Analysis and Solution Architecture: You will analyze complex business requirements and design scalable architectural concepts based on the Power Platform. You will ensure long-term viability and guide implementation by project teams.
• Power Platform Expertise: You will leverage your end-to-end knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Connectors, Copilot Studio, AI Builder to design complete platform solutions. You will make fundamental technical decisions, develop platform standards, and support teams in implementing complex requirements. You will continuously monitor innovations such as AI, GPT, or new Power Platform features and derive concrete recommendations for customers.
• Data Architecture, Integration, and Performance: You will design data models and integration concepts and integrate Dataverse into existing backend systems. You will provide consistent, performant, and secure data structures using Dataflows, Logic Apps, and virtual entities. You will analyze the performance of complex Power Platform solutions, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.
• Business Process Analysis and Enablement: You will work closely with business departments, analyze business processes, and identify optimization potential. Based on this, you will develop scalable technical designs and lead their implementation. At the same time, you will conduct workshops, train teams, and promote the long-term competence of customers in using the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Strategic Experience: You have at least five years of experience as a Power Platform Architect or in comparable enterprise-level architecture roles and have experience in developing platform strategies, governance concepts, and Centers of Excellence.
• Technical Expertise: You master the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE at an enterprise level, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder, and are familiar with modern Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Data and Integration Competence: You are experienced in data modeling, integration architecture, performance optimization, and connecting the Power Platform to backend systems via APIs, virtual entities, and dataflows.
• Analytical and Conceptual Strength: You analyze complex business processes, develop scalable solution architectures, and guide their implementation into technically sound concepts.
• Communication and Leadership: You interact confidently with stakeholders up to the C-level, conduct workshops and training sessions, and promote the competence of teams in using the Power Platform.
