Job Description ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for Senior Power Platform Adoption Coaches for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Banking domain. Role & responsibilities Supporting the adoption program for low-code citizen developers. Acting as a coach, guiding users in the effective use of Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Hub, Copilot Studio, and the broader Power Platform. Designing learning paths and create educational materials tailored for citizen developers. Developing and maintaining training content, including video tutorials, guides, and workshops. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions. Providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful adoption of the Power Platform. Analyzing program metrics and providing insights to improve future training initiatives. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem and applying this knowledge to continuously improve training programs.
