Key Responsibilities Include: Conducting detailed design studies for high-voltage transmission and distribution projects, including feasibility studies, preliminary designs, and final designs. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in high-voltage transmission and distribution design, preferably within the power utilities and renewable energy sector. Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IEEE, IEC, AS/NZS). Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation) and Microsoft Office Suite.
