Senior Construction Project Manager Maritime Area (m/f/d)

Randstad Intempo Spa - the only APL specialized in the port sector - is looking for a Surveyor / Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Project Manager (Civil Works in the maritime sector) for a complex operation in the port, who has proven experience in the role of Project Manager, gained in the management and coordination of complex infrastructure works (in Genoa and Livorno).

Requirements

Proven experience in Project Management and in the management of complex infrastructure construction sites.

Experience in managing projects characterized by high technical, economic, and organizational complexity.

Ability to read/interpret design drawings/quantity surveys/specifications and technical documentation.

Experience in managing schedules, budgets, progress reports (SAL), variations, and work progress.

Good knowledge of computer tools and project management software.

Availability to work on construction sites (including travel) according to project needs.

Ability to interface with Clients, Works Direction, companies, designers, and Authorities.

Proven experience in the construction of maritime/port infrastructure is preferred.

A Surveyor Diploma or a Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Work location: Province of Livorno and Genoa.

Direct hiring (the construction site will last 2-3 years) by the client (CCNL EDILIZIA - Construction National Collective Agreement) and the level of employment to be assessed during the interview (RAL between 55-60K).
