About the Company
We are seeking on behalf of an internationally successful industrial company an experienced person in the field of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Tasks
About the Role
In this role, you will take on the function of Service Owner IT Engineering for central PLM services.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End responsibility for Teamcenter-, NX-, and CAM-Services
- Steering of SLAs/OLAs and ensuring stable service processes
- Incident-, problem-, and change-management including escalation and cause analysis
- Coordination of releases in coordination with IT and departments
- Performance- and capacity management of systems
- Budget participation and ensuring efficient service costs
- Maintenance of service- and system documentation
- Interface between IT, Engineering, and external partners
Qualification
Qualifications
- Technical degree (e.g. Business Informatics) or comparable training.
Required Skills
- Several years of experience in PLM-, CAD-, or CAM-environment
- Good knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and NX
- Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Very good English skills, French is an asset
- Structured work style, team ability, and high self-responsibility
