Senior PLM Process Adoption Lead

Primary Purpose The Senior PLM Process Adoption Lead is responsible for driving the successful adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of PLM processes across global engineering and manufacturing organizations. This role owns business-facing PLM process definition and adoption, ensuring that Windchill PLM capabilities are effectively aligned to engineering, product development, and manufacturing needs. This position requires deep expertise in PLM-enabled product development processes, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and change management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the product lifecycle management (PLM) discipline and its applications across various industries. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive PLM process documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and best practices. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize PLM process improvements. • Designing and delivering training programs for engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel on PLM processes and tools. • Providing subject matter expertise in PLM-enabled product development processes to support business initiatives. • Analyzing and reporting on PLM process metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the PLM space.
