As a Senior PLM Architect, you will take on a key role in the strategic further development of our company-wide PLM architecture. With a focus on the Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE platform, you will shape future IT structures, optimize existing processes, and ensure regulatory compliance in the environment of Active Medical Devices and Automated Infusion Systems.

The Process & Configuration Management PLM department is the overarching central unit for the Centers of Excellence Active Medical Devices (AMD) and Automated Infusion Systems (AIS). It is responsible for the harmonization, standardization, and further development of PLM processes, methods, and tools across both CoEs. The goal is a uniform, scalable, and regulatorily compliant PLM system landscape along the entire product lifecycle.

• Further development, optimization, and strategic alignment of the PLM IT landscape, including technical guidelines and integration standards
• Creation, maintenance, and utilization of enterprise architecture models (Business, Application, Data, Technology)
• Identification and implementation of improvements in PLM processes and IT functions
• Close collaboration with stakeholders, business departments, and management; consultation on architecture decisions and solution designs
• Organization and moderation of workshops, architecture reviews, and decision-making formats
• Creation of architectural concepts, solution designs, and effort estimations, as well as technical leadership and coaching in project contexts
• Ensuring architectural compliance, quality, and timely completion in ongoing projects

• Completed vocational training in computer science (e.g., Fachinformatiker, Informatikkaufmann), alternatively a completed technical degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in PLM architecture, engineering, or related fields
• Experience in implementing IT architectures in medium-sized or global companies
• Demonstrable experience with system integration and digital transformation
