Senior PLC Software Engineer

Manpower Italia is seeking a Senior PLC Software Engineer for a prestigious client in the metalmeccanico/automazione industriale sector. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in designing and developing software for PLC, primarily on Siemens and FANUC platforms
• Ability to execute test runs (FAT) and start-up operations at clients' sites (SAT)
• Availability to travel within Italy, Europe, and the USA for a minimum of 80 days per year
• Collaboration with the technical team and coordination of the software PLC design office
• Regular reporting and alignment with the Technical Office Director

The ideal candidate will have:

• Consolidated experience in designing software for PLC in an industrial automation setting
• Excellent knowledge of Siemens (TIA Portal, S7) and FANUC languages
• Availability to travel for short periods (scheduled trips)
• Ability to work in a team and attitude towards growth into a coordination role
