Senior Playworker Job Advertisement Family Link provides fun and educational activities for children and young adults with complex disabilities. We are looking for committed, reliable, and experienced staff to join our team. Our Saturday and school holiday sessions offer engaging and creative activities for young people with learning, physical, and complex disabilities, including medical needs. About the Role: As a Senior Playworker, you will work closely with Play Leaders to deliver an engaging and creative play experience for children and young adults with complex disabilities. This will involve planning, preparing, and delivering activities that are tailored to the needs of the young people. You will also be responsible for supporting the Play Leaders in their roles, providing guidance and feedback as needed. Requirements: * Experience working with young people with complex disabilities * Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and school holidays * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to communicate effectively with young people and colleagues * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
