For our customer in Munich, we are looking for an experienced person as Senior Plattform Engineer (m/w/d), who shapes modern cloud infrastructures, scales them, and actively contributes to technological further development.

Your Tasks as Senior Plattform Engineer (m/w/d):

• Concept, implementation, and operation of infrastructure-as-code solutions for cloud environments

• Automation of build, test, and deployment processes through modern CI/CD pipelines

• Development of scalable self-service platforms for internal development teams

• Ensuring performance, security, availability, and scalability through suitable architectural decisions

• Analysis of infrastructure requirements and translation into robust technical solutions

• Support for development teams in architecture and operation questions

• Responsibility for incident and problem management processes

• Further development of monitoring and observability strategies

• Concept, build-up, and operation of platform solutions from scratch

• Professional guidance and onboarding of junior engineers

• Operation and further development of existing Linux systems (Debian)

• Transformation to modern containerized and serverless architectures

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or a comparable environment

• Fundamental knowledge in containerization and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi

• Very good knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Bash, or Go)

• Experience in setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)

• Knowledge in monitoring & observability (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK)

• Solid understanding of network architectures and IT security concepts (IAM, TLS, segmentation, hardening)

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• High quality standards and team-oriented

• German language skills at least at B2 level
